Our interiors practice is a direct extension of our architecture. The two are indivisible. We design spaces for employees, customers, patients, patrons, soldiers and medical staff. We understand the flow of information, materials and people. While we are well-versed in current design philosophies such as the adaptive workplace, Six Sigma or LEAN design (evidence-based design), our interiors staff takes an objective approach to uncover the specific, unique needs of each client and their employees.
We consider the experience of the space. How it feels to sit in the chair, work at the counter, purchase this item. We design for personalization and customization. And while a one-size-fits-all mentality is most efficient and cost-effective, we find ways to adapt standards to specific needs and wants.
Nearly half of our work is interior-related. In the past year, our interiors team has designed space for the corporate, cultural, federal government, hospitality and retail markets.
