In 2007, ev3, a global endovascular device company, had nearly 400 employees scattered across three leased buildings. Growth projections combined with expiring lease agreements required a space analysis to explore options.

Our team conducted the space analysis, did fit plans, block plans and stacking plans to explore, compare and contrast options before recommending ev3 move its distribution center and corporate headquarters. While our Interiors completed programming and design, RSP Dreambox asked ev3 employees to dream about their future workspace. The insights uncovered in the process focused the design on the concept of healthy circulation (an intentional connection to ev3’s industry). Consequently, the new space is clean and easy to navigate. Circular gathering spaces break the 75,000sf floor plate into bright, friendly environments.

When ev3 moved into their new space, the work environment supported a healthy flow of ideas, information and inspiration.
