Hamilton is one of Cincinnati’s fastest growing suburbs and as such, required a dynamic and vibrant lifestyle/entertainment district. Our team designed and managed the Bridgewater Falls project for Premier Properties. The project’s contemporary design features a unique point-of-entry enhanced by a suspension bridge and lighted water fountains. The European-inspired shopping village features fashion boutiques, restaurants and entertainment destinations. Two power centers are located on either end. The carefully planned and landscaped retail development also features pedestrian-friendly walkways and traffic roundabouts.
